| Responsibilities: |
Responsible for recruitment, selection, orientation, supervision, development, and evaluation of faculty. Including training, career advancement opportunities, and developing departmental goals and measurements to ensure efficient and effective departmental performance. Schedule faculty in accordance with their degrees, experience and accreditation standards. Manage faculty, including classroom visitations for faculty evaluations, counseling the faculty, coordinating teaching schedules, enforcement of policy and procedures of the Institution and the Company. Ensure there are adequate faculty, course offerings and facilities to accommodate the needs of the students. Ensure that overall student satisfaction levels are at 85% or greater. Develop and manage annual budget for the organization and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses to ensure sound fiscal management. Partner with Admissions, Placement, and Financial to resolve problems and concerns regarding attendance issues including retention and attrition Coordinate the development of programs of study, course descriptions, class schedules, syllabus for each class, selection and timely acquisition of textbooks and related academic equipment and supplies. Develop and implement strategic and program plans, to include distance education programs. Oversees the administration of the Library and the Library budget. Assist in the planning and implementation of the graduation ceremony. Responsible for implementation of the Retention Plan and oversee retention of students within the programs, meeting retention rate in accordance with Institution accreditation and Company guidelines. Assist in all accreditation processes and applications, including coordination of accreditation visits. Ensure that all educational activity is conducted in a legal and ethical manner. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

| Qualifications: |
Possess the necessary academic credentials and work related experience mandated by the Company, State accreditation agencies and any other regulatory agency that monitors compliance. Bachelors Degree, a minimum of 2 to 5 years practical work experience or equivalent training. The years of experience may be waived at the sole discretion of the College President so long as the incumbent meets the accreditations, State and Federal requirements necessary to hold the position.
